It is a premium beach promenade and container park with a lifestyle mall, offering leisure, shops, restaurants, a beach, and event facilities. Beach access is N5,000 for adults and N3,000 for ages 7-17 years and entry is free for children 6 years and under. There is no entry fee for visiting restaurants or shopping except if you are accessing the beach area.
